Admiral Homes, which opened on Jan. 1, has accumulated over $18 million in pre-sale revenue on 110 homes through Aug. 31 and expects to close all these and more by the end of the year. Additionally, to support the REALTORS® and their buyers that need a home before years end, Admiral has over 30 homes either in inventory or under construction, and available for move in this year.
