Cara Ameer of the Beaches office and Susan Kennedy of the Mandarin office were among those who received the Coldwell Banker Vanguard’s Presidents Premiere award, given to the top 10 percent of agents in the company. The two posted $15 million and $33 million in sales, respectively, in 2014. Kennedy’s team also won the company’s top team producer and top team lister awards.
