Jonas Software announced Sept. 19 it acquired Jacksonville-based Vizergy Digital Marketing.
Vizergy, founded in 1999, provides a digital sales and marketing platform for the hospitality industry.
Jonas is an operating group of Toronto, Canada-based Constellation Software Inc., which acquires industry-specific software companies.
“The Vizergy senior leadership team will remain the same and the company will continue to operate as a standalone brand,” Vizergy founder and CEO Joe Hyman said in a news release.
“Being part of the Jonas family presents unlimited opportunities for our clients and our team,” he said.
Terms of the deal were not announced.
