Restaurant Notes: First Watch to Ortega Park; Starbucks to Point Meadows; Time Out patio

A Google search says First Watch, The Daytime Cafe, intends to open Oct. 18 at 4407 Roosevelt Blvd. in Ortega Park in West Jacksonville.

It will be the 10th area First Watch restaurant.

Starbucks to Point Meadows

The city issued a conditional capacity availability statement for Starbucks to build a 2,446-square-foot coffee shop on 0.53 acres at 10915 Baymeadows Road in the Point Meadows shopping center.

There is a drive-thru and a brick paver patio. Sleiman Enterprises is the developer. CPH Inc. is the civil engineer.

Time Out patio

The city calculated a $7,819 mobility fee for the outdoor patio for the proposed Time Out Sports Grill at 10140 San Jose Blvd. in Mandarin.

Time Out proposes adding 20 outdoor seats on a new patio, according to the mobility fee calculation certificate.

Popeyes to Dunn Avenue

 JEA received a service availability request for a Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen and drive-thru at 6765 Dunn Ave. in Dunn Village in Northwest Jacksonville.
