Annual meetings are on almost every schedule for those involved in the building and real estate industies.
Here are some:
Nov. 21: NEFAR election. The proposed slate will be presented at a general meeting at the Southpoint Marriott. It’s a luncheon meeting and the nominating committee will ask that the following serve as officers next year: Selby Kaiser, president; Andre Boutte, president-elect; Sam Folds, treasurer; and Linda Sherrer, treasurer. Director nominees are Wayne Francis, Sandy Holdren, Rob Kearney and Billie Motz. MLS director nominees are Cindy Chapman, Hank Oltmanns, Robert Powell and Steve Sprague.
Nov. 21: St. Augustine Board of REALTORS® installation banquet. It’s at the Ponce de Leon Resort from 6-10 p.m.
Jan. 10: NEFAR annual meeting. The real estate association will go to the Adam’s Mark this year for the official change of officers and awards.
Jan. 18: NEFBA annual meeting. It’s at the Southpoint Marriott and the program includes awards featured by the local Builder of the Year.
