Heritage Landing, a 1,160 lot community west of the World Golf Village, is under construction and utilities are almost complete. Home sales are expected to begin in January and will be priced from the mid-$100s. All model homes should be ready by February. The architecture is described by the developers as “old-world Florida” and there will be an overlook tower, numerous athletic activities and RV and boat storage.
