Heeere We Come!
July will kick off the most exciting effort by WCR to educate our community on who we are and how we can help them. I am asking each Broker in our area to allow WCR representatives to visit their offices on Tuesday mornings for 5 minutes. You will soon be contacted to set up a convenient date. We pledge not to overstay our welcome and be brief. Our goal is to introduce WCR and make everyone aware of our programs and events. WCR member teams are volunteering their time and effort to reach out and touch our REALTOR community. They will be taking time out of their busy schedule to spread the word and promote an organization they strongly support. The Jacksonville WCR Chapter is celebrating its 45th Anniversary and our goal for the year is to add 45 new members to commemorate the occasion. We are excited about our new branding and the unveiling of our new national LTG Program with a focus on Performance Management. This will be presented at the National Convention in San Francisco in November. We are sure that this new LTG Program will catapult WCR as the premier source for training in personal and relationship management skills. The new LTG Program will include topics such as: negotiating strategies and practice; communicating effectively under pressure; team-building; conflict management; influence and persuasion; time management; client counseling and advocacy and challenging oneself and developing a personal vision. It is our goal to position WCR as a powerful means to improve business performance and profitability. Our teams will have handouts and special offers for those interested in joining our organization. We are reaching out and networking to insure every office in our area is represented in our Chapter. REALTOR® participation will help our Chapter build programs to meet your needs. Help us grow by adding your special talents to our team of successful members. WCR is where it all comes together!
