Richard R. Dostie, a Toll Brothers Company, has started construction of its model home in Sebastian Square at Palencia with Mary Cook & Associates doing the decor. The model is set to open in early spring 2005.
“Palencia is such a popular community, and we are working very hard to accommodate our buyers,” says Richard R. Dostie, vice president. “Even without a completed model, buyers can envision the look and the lifestyle at Sebastian Square.”
Based in Chicago, Mary Cook & Associates specializes in model homes, clubhouses, amenity centers and public spaces.
In addition, the design teams from Cook will also decorate Toll Brothers models in Tuscany Ridge and St. Johns Forest. Sebastian Square’s model is set to open in early spring 2005.
“We are working to create a memorable home by combining the use of color, texture and furnishings to bring the space to life,” said Mary Cook. “Simultaneously, we wanted to highlight and showcase the architectural features provided by the builder. It is quite inspiring to work with Toll Brothers, which offers such a great product, making the end result even stronger.”
