Ocean Grove opens sales center

With over 100 homes already sold, the Ocean Grove Condominium is celebrating the opening of its sales center.

Developers Prospect Capital Group and Perimeter Realty recently converted the Arbor Club Apartments into these one, two and three-bedroom homes priced from $130,000. The conversion meant a transition to condominium living through numerous renovations and amenities.

“Ocean Grove has opened to rave reviews due to superior construction, large open floor plans, first rate finishes, and outstanding amenities including private beach access,” said Perimeter Realty President Don Fort. “Buyer interest and sales have proven that the time and price is right for luxury living in the heart of Ponte Vedra Beach.”

The sales center is in the clubhouse and is open from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. -5 p.m. on Saturday and Noon -5 p.m. on Sunday.

Ocean Grove is off Highway A1A next to Sawgrass.

In addition to private beach access, Ocean Grove provides residents with part-time concierge service and numerous other recreational amenities including a resort-style swimming pool with sun deck and spa; a spacious, newly renovated furnished clubhouse with outdoor patio bar, summer kitchen and media room with theater-style seating. Residents also have two lighted tennis courts, a beach volleyball court, lakefront gazebo and a picnic pavilion.

The condominium homes feature Frieze carpet throughout. In addition, 12-by-12 inch ceramic tile is found in the kitchen, bath and foyer. New Eurocraft Portrait Wood Kitchen cabinetry with 42-inch upper cabinets, Wilson Art countertops with stainless steel sinks and integrated spray faucet, Halogen track lighting and a GE Black appliance package adorn the kitchen.

The baths features brushed chrome three-light vanity, new Eurocraft portrait wood vanity with 36-inch high cabinets with cultured marble integrated sinks and countertops.
