Harmony Homes of North Florida has sold almost half of its homesites in Hannah Stables since entering in the West Jacksonville community earlier this year, and the homebuilder expects sales to accelerate even faster with the opening of a new model home.
Highlighted by 80-foot and 60-foot homesites, Hannah Stables offering includes 52 of the available 104 spacious homesites throughout the community, including cul-de-sac, wooded, lake, and conservation lots; only 28 homesites remain.
