Safety awareness was the focus of “Camaraderie, Kung Fu & California Rolls,” a daylong outing hosted by Atlantic Builders to show its sales team appreciation for their superior work.

Atlantic Builders has taken the initiative of providing safety awareness training for its Sales Associates to make sure that they are alert and prepared to defend themselves at all time. Clad in traditional martial arts outfits, team members began the day by witnessing a display of self-defense techniques and were invited to take part in a live demonstration conducted by Glenn East, a practitioner of the martial arts and chief executive officer of the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors. The outfits were included in a complimentary gift bag presented to each participant.

Aptly enough, the martial arts demonstration was followed by a luncheon at the Kan Ki Japanese Steakhouse, on Southside Boulevard, where the hungry warriors feasted on Asian cuisine. The day of camaraderie and Kung Fu then shifted to Bartram Springs, the new community on Racetrack Road, where the team was given a comprehensive tour of the neighborhood and its amenities. They also previewed Atlantic Builders’ three fully decorated new model homes at Bartram Springs-The Carlyle, The Asheville and The Charleston.
