The World Golf Village’s newest builder - Troy Homes - is developing TuscanWood, a community of 30 Mediterranean-inspired homes priced from the high $300s to the $500s.

TuscanWood, the only courtyard community within the King & Bear, features a backdrop of more than 1,700 linear feet of conservation lands that include a mix of forested wetlands and uplands covered with native flora and fauna. Fifteen homesites will be available in TuscanWood’s first phase.

“TuscanWood is a very appealing neighborhood in a beautiful, natural setting. Troy Homes is developing spectacular floor plans that we anticipate will be very popular with prospective buyers,” said Sherry Davidson, president of Davidson Realty, Inc., which is exclusively marketing the neighborhood. “Based on the initial response and the favorable price points, we fully expect to sell out the community’s first phase upon its release in October.”

Troy Homes is a third-generation family business that has been building quality homes since 1938. The company is a past recipient of the Builder of the Year Award from a local chapter of the National Association of Home Builders. The company recently joined The Neighborhood of World Golf Village’s preferred builder program and is building in Waterbury by the Links in World Golf Village.
