First Bank Mortgage has served the Northeast Florida Realtors and builders as a full service mortgage banker since January 2000. Their history in Jacksonville goes back to 1989 when they opened the first office. During the years, due to bank mergers, they have changed financial institutions but have remained committed to giving their clients the very best in personal customer service.
As a lender they offer all of the normal mortgage products and an in-house construction permanent program. They are a full service office with processing, underwriting and closing all done in Jacksonville.
The office is co-managed by David Stelbrink and David Mordecai. Mr. Stelbrink has been with them for almost 15 years and Mr. Mordecai has been with them for over 8 years.
Last year was a record year for the bank and the Jacksonville office. First Bank Mortgage closed over $1 billion dollars in mortgages and Mr. Mordecai was recognized by the bank for the most loans closed.
Their office is located at 9250 Baymeadows Road, Suite 460 just off of I-95.
