Ocean Pointe A1A is a five-story, Class A office condominium with40 office condos.
The secured entrance to Ocean Pointe A1A will open onto a lobby with two elevators. The office condominiums on the fourth and fifth floors are located above the enclosed parking garage that occupies the ground to third floor of the building.
Four parking spaces, including two reserved spaces, are assigned to each condo. Additionally, Ocean Pointe A1A will offer over 4,000 square feet of retail space on the ground level.
Office condominiums range in size from 1,278 square feet to 31,000 square feet for an entire floor. Each office features 10-foot ceilings as well as unpainted drywall interior walls ready for finishing by each buyer. Two bathrooms are located on each floor.
