St. Johns Forest, a Taylor Woodrow community, has opened sales in the second phase of the new neighborhood in St. Johns County.

The community, which has a gated, arched entryway and Old World-style architectural details, will have more than 500 semi-custom family homes surrounding natural conservation areas. The community’s special architectural style extends to the community amenity center as well as its intersections, street signs and monuments.

The amenity center and community clubhouse at St. Johns Forest provides residents with plenty of recreational choices. In addition to a swimming pool with beach entry and two-story tower slide, residents have access to a fitness center equipped with Cybex equipment, cardio treadmills, elliptical arc trainers, stationary bikes, a weight-resistance modular and free weights. The recreation complex also includes tennis courts, full- and half-court basketball, a roller hockey court for inline skating, tot lot and multi-purpose sporting field. St. Johns Forest has an amenity director to plan events and activities for residents. The neighborhood has a staffed guard gate entrance.

The builders at St. Johns Forest — Toll Brothers, ICI Homes, David Weekley Homes and Morrison Homes — are offering new home designs featuring brick elevations, spacious open floor plans, gourmet kitchens and lavish baths. Five decorated model homes are open for viewing.

St. Johns Forest offers 60-, 70- and 80-foot homesites and most feature nature and water views. Home and homesite packages are priced from the mid-$300s to more than $1 million.
