Beazer Homes announces the opening of two new phases in South Hampton and the last opportunity to purchase a new home on an estate homesite in the golf course community in St. Johns County.
The company will continue to offer its Estate home series in the new phase of 80-foot homesites at South Hampton. This phase features only 23 homesites all with golf, water and conservation views.
Beazer Homes will also introduce its Royal Estate homes in its last phase of 90 and 100-foot homesites with water, golf and conservation views. All of the homes in Beazer Homes’ Royal Estate series offer large three-car garages.
Homebuyers have nine one and two-story floor plans. The Estate home series features four- and five- bedroom designs with three to four bathrooms and up to 3,573 square feet of living space. The homes offer large two and three-car garages with prices ranging from the high $200s to the $400s.
Visitors to South Hampton can tour the new Tiana model. This home is a four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom design featuring over 3,300 square feet of living laid out on two stories. It offers a covered lanai, formal living and dining rooms, and a large game room upstairs. Pricing for the Tiana begins at $367,000.
