Mattamy opens in Johns Creek

Mattamy Homes has several new residences in Johns Creek being readied for rapid move-in.

The homes are sized from 1,324 to over 2,400 square feet on lots that are 60, 65 and 70-feet wide. Standard decorative features in each home include ceramic tile in the entry foyer, decorative knockdown ceilings and a tray ceiling in the owner’s suite. Important exterior features are also standard including wiring for a security system, architectural roof shingles, cementitious veneer siding, a fully-sodded yard with irrigation system and landscape shrubs and hedges.

Prices for these homes-in-progress begin in the mid $190s and owners can take possession of their homes through January, and be settled in time to enjoy the onset of Jacksonville’s finest weather and all-season recreation.

Johns Creek is set on a tract that overlooks 250 acres of conservation land and lakes.

It is on County Road 210 in St. Johns County and is a 25-minute commute to downtown Jacksonville.

More than 10 acres of Johns Creek has been set aside to showcase a complete package of community amenities that provide fitness and leisure activities.

Included are a zero-entry lagoon pool, children’s “sprayground”, fitness center, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, a soccer field, and a park with

hiking trails.

The Mattamy Homes sales center is just inside the community on County Road 210, one mile west of I-95.

Mattamy Homes is now building in Bartram Springs, Hickory Village, Johns Creek, Cannons Point and Nature’s Hammock at OakLeaf Plantation, Walden Chase and coming soon to Kensington.
