During the holiday season, the models were dressed in holiday style by the area’s brightest designers for the Palencia Holiday Showhouse and they now have a contemporary tropical décor.

Trident Interior Coordinator Terri Weidle designed The Valencia model in shades of robin’s egg blue and chocolate with golden accents. Design highlights include an media room/parlor designed with bamboo accents and Asian influences. The kitchen includes a large pantry, granite countertops, raised panel cabinetry and Viking appliances. The second floor has three bedrooms, including a master suite. The secondary bedrooms have tropical themes and a garden theme with upholstered wicker furniture. The Valencia has 3,661 square feet of living space.
Also available for viewing is The Cordova, a three-story design with 4,048 square feet.
