Trident 're-opens' Villas

Trident Realty Corp having a “ re-opening” of its two- and three-story model homes at The Villas of Augustine Island. During the holiday season, the models were dressed in holiday style by the area’s brightest designers for the Palencia Holiday Showhouse and they now have a contemporary tropical décor.

“If you have only seen our model homes in their holiday splendor, then this is a perfect opportunity to visit us again for the first time,” Trident Realty Corp Senior Vice President Wayne Scheiner said. “We invite everyone to experience our beautiful model homes at The Villas of Augustine Island and see how spectacular life can be at Palencia.”

Trident Interior Coordinator Terri Weidle designed The Valencia model in shades of robin’s egg blue and chocolate with golden accents. Design highlights include an media room/parlor designed with bamboo accents and Asian influences. The kitchen includes a large pantry, granite countertops, raised panel cabinetry and Viking appliances. The second floor has three bedrooms, including a master suite. The secondary bedrooms have tropical themes and a garden theme with upholstered wicker furniture. The Valencia has 3,661 square feet of living space.

Also available for viewing is The Cordova, a three-story design with 4,048 square feet. Both designs include a two-car garage with additional space for golf cart parking, balconies and terraces with brick pavers. Every home also has a private hydraulic elevator and includes nine to 12-foot knockdown finish ceilings, sound proof engineering, pre-wired high speed data lines, and landscaping.

The Villas of Augustine Island are priced from the $800s and marketed exclusively by Palencia Realty.
