Similar to the Florida Welcome Station on I-95 that welcomes travelers to the Sunshine State, Prudential Chaplin Williams Realty’s New Home Welcome Center is now open in the Yulee area of Nassau County.
Located near the intersection of Highway’s A-1-A and 17 at the crossroads of unincorporated Yulee, the Welcome Center for new home buyers is the brainchild of Prudential Chaplin Williams Realty’s co-brokers and co-owners, Dee Chaplin and Hugh Williams.
“We recognized the tremendous potential for growth in Yulee,” said Dee Chaplin, “and we wanted to be the first to offer ‘one-stop shopping’ for house hunters.”
Hugh Williams added, “Our goal is to assist anyone looking for a home in this area, and we have a home-theater-like environment with a computerized data base to provide video clips and photos of new homes and communities and updated pricing and inventory information on all new homes in the area.
“Our New Home Welcome Center the only one of its kind in Northeast Florida, and our company prides itself in being on the cutting edge of technology in real estate.”
The management of the New Home Welcome Center is the responsibility of Team Leader Jim Ewing, a 25-year veteran of real estate sales and management and the former broker-in-charge at Amelia Island Plantation. A native of Amelia Island, Ewing said, “Our Welcome Center should encourage many potential new home buyers to visit us and register for a $500 rebate, receive free area maps and get new home and community brochures.”
