What was once a forest at the south end of San Pablo Road has been transformed into a landscaped community of million-dollar homes now known as Pablo Creek Reserve.
In the first public showing of the newly landscaped and paved community, Pablo Creek Reserve broker Vikki Stockton and Sales Associates Marilyn Hoener and Dorothy Zahra held a picnic lunch, catered by Catering by Liz, at Central Park at Pablo Creek for Realtors last month.
Surrounding the park area, evidence of construction could be seen as attendees were invited to drive around the property to view one or all of the four spec homes under construction.
Every homesite will be located on a lake or a nature reserve.
“The reason people have said they like the community is that they are wild about our vision for the classical architecture,” said Stockton. “What we are really doing is creating a neighborhood that will be timeless for generations to come. This is going to have a gorgeous classical look to it. They like that there isn’t going to be a country club here. It won’t have the hustle and bustle of a country club community. It’s very small, centrally located and private.”
