Jacksonville-based developer LandMar Group LLC has consolidated its central sales operations with the launch of LandMar Realty LLC, a new brokerage serving its communities in Southeast Georgia and throughout Florida.
LandMar Vice President of Marketing and Sales Jim Doyle will be the principal broker for LandMar Realty.
LandMar Realty is currently serving the company’s communities of Winding River and Osprey Cove in St. Marys; Grand Haven and Grand Landings in Palm Coast; Sugarloaf Mountain in Clermont, Southern Hills Plantation Club in Brooksville; and Shipyards in Jacksonville.
