WCI Communities has opened a townhome model at Costa Verano on Jacksonville Beach.
Each room in townhome model 6 has been designed by Cheryl Sweeney and Amy Sweeney, Condo Division Designers for Designs by The Sweeney Group based in Palm Coast.
The nine townhomes at Costa Verano run from approximately 2,395 to approximately 2,782 square feet and are offered in five floor plans.
