Arthur Rutenberg Homes has announced plans for Mission Trace, a St. Augustine community that will feature all new floor plans.
Mission Trace will feature 90 homesites that are approximately 53 feet by 110 feet in size. Homes will range from 1,700 square feet to 2,700 square feet and start from the $300,000s.
Construction on a model home at Mission Trace has started and is expected to be complete in December.
