Holder Johnson is building at Seaton Manor in Aberdeen. Priced from the $290,000s, the home builder is offering seven floor plans ranging from 2,010 to 3,505 square feet of living space. Holder Johnson’s model, the Ashford, is a 2,644 square-foot, four-bedroom, three-bath design that is currently under construction.
Aberdeen is a 1,316-acre master-planned community located just west of Durbin Crossing.
At Durbin Crossing, Holder Johnson will be building their homes in Crestwood Park and Saddlestone Park. Within Crestwood Park, Holder Johnson is offering home buyers five floor plans ranging from 2,409 to 3,505 square feet of living space. In Saddlestone Park, the home builder is offering seven floor plans ranging from 2,010 to 3,505 square feet of living space. Homes at Crestwood Park and Saddlestone Park start in the mid-$300,000s. Holder Johnson’s model, the Dover, is a 3,505 square-foot, four-bedroom, four-bath design that is currently under construction with a completion date set for this October.
