Pre-sales have started for Phase One homes in the Villages of Seloy, a ranch-style condominium community near St. Augustine.
It is the newest residential offering of Retirement Corporation of America – Florida.
Priced from the high $200s, Villages of Seloy’s condominiums range from 1,520 to 1,875 square feet. The gated community will have 240 homes.
The community is two miles east of I-95 on SR 16.
