Scrudato has been a proponent for real estate teamwork and now is a team leader–she’s the 2008 Amelia Island Nassau County Association of Realtors president. Scrudato helped organize and start the Realtor Rep program to create liaisons between new Realtors and experienced ones.
The goal is to create a team atmosphere where inexperienced Realtors feel welcomed and can reach out to other, more knowledgable Realtors about a variety of topics.
