• ICI hosted outings for Realtors last month at Palencia in St. Augustine and at Amelia National Golf and Country Club in Fernandina Beach. At Palencia, ICI showcased four luxury models priced from the $300,000’s and at Amelia National there were four inventory homes priced below market.

• The Encore Realtor Appreciation Days recognizes all Realtors who sell a Lennar home from March 1 through July 31 by giving each a piece of jewelry valued at $1,200 -1,500. If a Realtor sells more than one Lennar home, they will receive a piece of jewelry for each home they sold. New this year, Lennar will also be recognizing the Broker at the real estate office that sells the most Lennar homes with a special gift. In case of a tie, the dollar value of total homes sold will determine the winner. Realtors will receive their jewelry pieces at an exclusive Appreciation Event held at Carlyle & Co. at St. Johns Town Center on August 13 from 5-7 p.m.

• CornerStone Homes’ VIP Realtor benefits program offers rewards including Visa gift card bonuses for each home sold and payment of relocation fees. Realtor benefits include payment of 50 percent commission at the start of construction with commission based on the total sale price instead of the base price. Visa gift card bonus dollars are determined by the number of CornerStone homes a Realtor sells during a calendar year. Realtors will receive a $1,000 gift card for the first sale, a $2,000 gift card for the second sale and a $3,000 gift card for three or more sales. CornerStone Homes will pay up to 35 percent of relocation referral fees so Realtors can enjoy their full commission with relocation buyers. More than 160 Realtors have already enrolled in the program.

• Construction is underway for Lennar’s model in their newest community, Nocatee. Lennar Homes broke ground on the model in late February and expects construction to be completed by the end of April.

• Lennar’s new model in Nocatee is open for viewing. It features the Victoria floorplan with 2,971 square feet and has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a three car garage. It’s in the Willowcove area.

• Davidson Realty and Victory Title will present a free Gardening and Landscaping Expo on Saturday, May 16 from 2-4 p.m. at the St. Johns Golf & Country Cub community center. Larry “The Gardener” O’Neil, featured on TV-4’s Morning Show and AM-690’s weekly Home and Garden Radio Show, will present a seminar on “Landscaping Your Yard with Native Plants and Gardening.” The event is sponsored by Davidson Realty agents Laurette Martin and Judy Kashou and Sue Meagher and Kim Collins of Victory Title of St. Johns County.

• David Weekley Homes is offering 14 new floor plans for its homes in St. Johns Forest. The new designs are part of the company’s Imagination series of homes and range from 2,500 square feet to 3,200 square feet and are priced starting from the $260,000s. David Weekley Homes will also offer the Executive series at St. Johns Forest, featuring the company’s most popular designs from its current series of plans.

• Taylor Morrison is offering Realtors the opportunity to win thousands of dollars during its “Keys to the Kingdom” promotion. Now through June 30, Realtors who are registered in the promotion and sell a Taylor Morrison home will receive additional cash incentives. At the end of the promotion, the top selling Realtor in each Taylor Morrison division will win an all-expense paid vacation and earn a key that could unlock the $25,000 cash grand prize.
