How did you get involved?
Three years ago, a colleague invited me to a “free” lunch that turned out to be a Law Day Committee meeting.
How can someone else get involved?
Contact perpetual co-chairs Fraz Ahmed ([email protected]) and/or Lindsay Tygart (llt@
edwardsragatz.com).
What have you learned/achieved through the experience?
Law “Day” is a misnomer because the committee has expanded its celebration of the Rule of Law into a monthlong series of educational and charitable events. The committee members’ dedication to the profession, the local Bar and the Jacksonville community is an inspiration.
What was the last book you read or are reading?
“The Confession,” by John Grisham.
