• Marty Lanahan, West Florida area president for Regions Financial Corp., is the newest trustee of the Jessie Ball duPont Fund, starting Jan. 1. She fills the vacancy created by the resignation of Audrey Moran, who became senior vice president of Baptist Health, one of the Jessie Ball duPont Fund’s 330 eligible grantee organizations. • Developer Ed Ash invites providers of brick, stucco, roofing and concrete services to contact him for work on his proposed San Marco Train Station retail project at 1440 Hendricks Ave. Ash said the project is in the permitting stages. The station includes renovation of an existing 5,000-square-foot building, which is an old city waterworks and electric building, and new construction. Plans from the City show a 4,000-square-foot building shell is under review. A sign on the property shows a Panera Bread and a Boost Mobile are expected. The site fronts Hendricks Avenue and is bordered by Cedar Street and Naldo Avenue. For more information or to reach Ash, visit www.ashcoinc.net or call 242-9000.

• Two more Dunkin Donuts are under review in the San Jose and Mandarin areas. The City is looking at site development plans for a Dunkin Donuts at 3930 Sunbeam Road, now the site of Lubi’s sandwich shop, and has been reviewing a zoning exception request for a project farther south at 11857 San Jose Blvd., where plans show a building with a Dunkin Donuts, a Taco Del Mar and a Subway.
