We’ve been reporting about plans to remodel some national chain restaurants. Here are two more.
• KFC intends to remodel its 4201 Oldfield Crossing Drive restaurant in the Mandarin area. Called the “KFC Vision 3.0 Modern Legacy” remodel program, the company calls for renovations of the interior décor and exterior finishes. It’s a $100,000 project.
• The Dunkin’ Donuts at 5150 University Blvd. W., between Interstate 95 and Philips Highway, is set for a $110,000 remodeling project. Suncoast Industrial & Construction Services LLC is listed as the contractor.
