A reality show pilot filmed in Jacksonville featuring local women lawyers titled “Lipstick Justice” was not picked up by Lifetime, but the four episodes filmed around the area can be viewed at YouTube.com. The reality show featured Jacksonville lawyers Maggie Jo Hilliard, Cynthia Veintemillas and Lauren Kingry.
• The Jacksonville Public Library has partnered with the Duval County Extension Office, Family Foundations, the Real$ense Prosperity Campaign and BankOn Jacksonville to bring the “Florida Saves in Jacksonville: Smart Investing@your library” program to the area. It is a series of free seminars that start Monday at libraries throughout Jacksonville. Author Michelle Singletary is scheduled to visit at noon March 24 at the Main Library.
