• The City approved renovations for Five Guys Burgers and Fries at River City Marketplace. The cost to renovate the 2,258 square feet of space at 13249 City Square Drive, No. 101, is $85,000. Kasteel Enterprises Inc. is the contractor.
• Tijuana Flats plans to open another restaurant in River City Marketplace in North Jacksonville. A pending building permit shows Tijuana Flats will operate in a building that will include another tenant, Aspen Dental, at 651 Nautica Drive.
