St. John & Partners announced Thursday it has acquired SBS Studios and will merge the company’s six-person staff into its existing digital and interactive practice.
St. John & Partners is a Jacksonville-based advertising and public relations agency that had capitalized billings of more than $70 million last year, according to a news release about the merger.
Jacksonville-based SBS Studios is a web design, digital advertising and new media agency with capitalized billings of $2.5 million, according to
the release. Owner Shane Santiago will lead St. John & Partners’ expanded department as vice president and digital director.
“Our mindset brings digital more to the forefront as a tool that brands can use to interact with customers,” Santiago said.
Among SBS Studios’ clients are Marriott, Discovery, the National Basketball Association, Wounded Warrior Project, all of which will become St. John & Partner clients.
Terms of the merger were not disclosed.
