Arbor Terrace Ortega set to open in fall

Jacksonville developer Whitehall Realty Partners and The Arbor Co., an Atlanta-based senior living management group, have started construction on Arbor Terrace Ortega, a memory care assisted living community at 5760 Timuquana Road. It is the first Jacksonville project for Arbor, which manages 20 senior living communities across the Southern and Eastern U.S. Arbor Terrace Ortega will be a 48-apartment, 54-bed assisted living community that will focus solely on serving seniors with memory care needs. It is an $8 million project and will be locally owned. John Carey is a founding partner of Whitehall Realty Partners. The contractor is Dana B. Kenyon Co.
