Remembering the young victims of violence

Twenty young victims of violence will be remembered tonight during a ceremony hosted by Compassionate Families and The Jeff Mitchell Foundation during the 18th annual Unity Plaza vigil at Terry Parker High School. Music begins at 5:30 p.m., the vigil starts at 6 p.m. Among the victims to be remembered are Cherish Perrywinkle, an 8-year-old who was abducted and killed this year.
