Lot J development details to be disclosed Oct. 5

The mayor, Jacksonville Jaguars leaders and City Council members will announce plans and legislation at a news conference.

Mayor Lenny Curry, Jacksonville Jaguars owner Shad Khan and President Mark Lamping and members of the Jacksonville City Council will announce plans and legislation Oct. 5 for the development of Lot J.

“The announcement will include long awaited details for this catalytic project that will ignite investment and opportunities for Downtown Jacksonville,” said a news release from the city issued Oct. 4.

The announcement is scheduled for 12:05 p.m. at Dream Finders Homes Flex Field at Daily’s Place at 1 TIAA Bank Field Drive.
