iMethods is moving to a 17,244-square-foot office building in Southpoint.
Through Chint Properties LLC, the health care information provider acquired the 4230 Southpoint Parkway building Nov. 1 for $2.07 million from First Florida Credit Union.
The credit union will relocate Jan. 31 to 6622 Southpoint Drive S., Suite 100.
“Our fast growth forced us to look for a bigger location on the southside,” iMethods CEO Clint Drawdy said in a Dec. 21 news release.
He said the property provides “room for us to grow and bring our fun and creative culture to life there.”
Founded in 2004, iMethods now is headquartered about 2½ miles east at 8787 Perimeter Park Blvd.
IQ Fiber announced Dec. 20 it is leasing the former iMethods office for its headquarters. It said it will move to the space in early 2022.
Brad Chrischilles, principal with Foundry Commercial, represented the iMethods in the purchase of the Southpoint property.
