Tom Caron named VP, Donor Services at The Community Foundation For Northeast Florida

His new role focuses on donor stewardship and engagement.

Tom Caron has been promoted to Vice President, Donor Services for The Community Foundation for Northeast Florida.

He joined TCF in early 2021 as Director, Donor Services following a decade of donor experience and nonprofit leadership.

In his new role, Tom will lead the Donor Services department as part of the Foundation’s executive leadership team.

He will primarily steward existing donors; he’ll also provide compelling donor education, work with our giving circles and support our next generation of donors.  

A Detroit native, Tom has lived in Jacksonville for nearly ten years.

He has a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and is currently working on an MBA from Antioch University.

He is a 21/64 Certified Advisor, trained to provide multigenerational advising for next generation engagement.
