The Mini Bar: Donuts & Coffee said it plans to open its third Northeast Florida location at 8 a.m. Feb. 19 in Fleming Island.
The shop is at 1524 County Road 220, Suite 4, in the shopping center anchored by Publix and Target.
The Mini Bar features made-to-order mini donuts that are about a third of the size of a traditional donut. They are topped with flavors including peanut butter cups, Fruity Pebbles and maple bacon.
The Mini Bar also offers coffee, craft beer, mimosas and wine.
The 2,200-square-feet Fleming Island shop includes seating for 30 inside and 20 on the outdoor patio. The Mini Bar also has an events room available for rent for parties and gatherings.
“We’ve had a tremendous response from the community, and we are looking forward to welcoming them into our new space” Mini Bar owner Brooke Sams said in a news release. “This location will also highlight our local craft beer scene with 9 taps that will always rotate but will always stay local.”
Beer will be available by the pint, crowler or growler.
As part of the grand opening, the first five guests will receive donuts and coffee for a year; the first 15 guests will receive a Fleming Island coffee mug and the first 25 guests a Fleming Island sticker.
The Mini Bar also has locations in Jacksonville Beach at 300 Beach Blvd. and in Jacksonville south of St. Johns Town Center at 10618 Deerwood Park Blvd. near Gate Parkway.
