Chick-fil-A coming to San Jose, renovating and expanding in Yulee

The Mandarin site is at San Jose Boulevard and Old Acosta Road.

Two more Chick-fil-A locations are in review for Northeast Florida.

The city issued a mobility fee calculation certificate for a 3,581-square-foot Chick-fil-A on 1.03 acres at 11701 San Jose Blvd.

Plans show interior seating and a double drive-thru.

The city calculated a fee of $126,025 to mitigate the traffic impact.

Bowman Consulting Group of Fort Lauderdale is the civil engineer.

The site is at San Jose Boulevard and Old Acosta Road south of Loretto Road in Mandarin. The site is south of Interstate 295.

Yulee Chick-fil-A

Nassau County received a pre-application to remodel the Chick-fil-A restaurant and drive-thru at 464004 Florida 200 in Yulee.

Chick-fil-A wants to remodel the existing 4,261-square-foot restaurant to include a kitchen upgrade and expand by 420 square feet to 4,681 square feet.

It would include removing eight parking spaces on the east side of the building to accommodate a double drive-thru approach.

Interplan LLC of Altamonte Springs is the applicant and agent.
