The city is reviewing civil engineering plans for Community First Credit Union to build a branch in the Northpoint Village shopping center in North Jacksonville.

The 3,146-square-foot office and three-lane drive-thru is planned on 1.04 acres.

TTV Architects Inc. is the architect.

Community First Credit Union announced July 12 it bought land to open a branch.

The shopping center, anchored by Publix Super Markets Inc., is at Yellow Bluff and New Berlin roads.
