The hotel is at 1300 Airport Road.
Spectrum Hotels Inc. of Orlando sold the hotel through Embarc LLC to the Meadowbrook Motor Lodge of Jericho, New York, through Man Junior LLC.
Built in 1999, the three-story Fairfield Inn & Suites has 107 room and sits on 2.8 acres.
IPHG Columbia LLC of Atlanta sold it in 2012 for $4.07 million.
The hotel includes a pool, fitness center, meeting space, free Wi-Fi, free breakfast, laundry and dry cleaning and complimentary on-site parking.
The rooms are smoke-free and no pets are allowed.
