Planet Fitness plans to build-out at Gateway Town Center where Burlington Stores and Five Below also are adding stores.

The city is reviewing a permit for an 18,121-square-foot Planet Fitness at 5290 Norwood Ave., No. 2.

JFB Construction & Development Inc. of Lantana is the contractor for the $1.49 million project.
