Plans approved for Treaty Oaks Starbucks in St. Johns County

The free-standing restaurant and drive-thru will be the coffee chain’s 15th St. Johns County location.

Starbucks Coffee Co. will build a restaurant in the Treaty Oaks community in St. Johns County.

It will be the Seattle-based coffee chain’s 15th location in the county, according to starbucks.com.

The county approved a building permit application June 24 for Orlando-based CCS Construction to build a 2,650-square-foot free-standing store with a drive-thru at 40 Sembler Drive off Florida 207.
