Landlord Regency Centers Corp. listed J. Crew Factory at 5,785 square feet in Store No. 37, Bath & Body Works at 3,000 square feet in store No. 35 and Nordstrom Rack at 29,735 square feet in store C next to The Home Depot.
New York City-based J. Crew Group is an apparel and accessories retailer for men, women and children.
Factory.JCrew.com says J. Crew Factory sells clothing at 40% to 70% off everything with additional deals.
Bath & Body Works is a personal care, fragrance and candle store. This is their eighth store in the market.
Jacksonville-based Regency Centers Corp. owns the 302,737-square-foot South Beach Regional shopping center at 3740-4194 S. Third St., north of Butler Boulevard.
It is anchored by The Home Depot, Ross Dress for Less, Trader Joe’s and Staples.
