Home construction company Taylor Morrison announced that it had chosen Jeremy Hampson as president of its Jacksonville division.
In a June 8 release, Taylor Morrison said Hampson previously served as division president for Freehold Capital Management and also spent 11 years with Toll Brothers specializing in land acquisition and project management.
“Jeremy’s strong leadership, work ethic, and deep understanding of the Florida market will make him an exceptional addition to our team as we look to expand across the Jacksonville region,” Taylor Morrison Area President Steve Kempton said in the release.
The release said Hampson would be involved in the expansion of the Taylor Morrison’s Esplanade brand, including the Esplanade at St. Marys resort community under construction near the Florida-Georgia border. That community includes an 18-hole golf course expected to complete this fall, a culinary center with casual and upscale dining, and a fitness center with saunas, cold plunge and spa services. Amenities will also include tennis, pickleball and bocce courts, a resort-style pool and spa with poolside cabanas, and a dog park and walking trails.
Hampson has served on the Northeast Florida Builders Association board of directors and is a member of Urban Land Institute Product Council for Community Development and the Association of Florida Community Developers.
