A Circle K gas station and convenience store is planned for Elevation Pointe in St. Johns County at southwest Florida 16 and Elevation Parkway.
The county issued a series of permits May 7 for construction of the 3,962-square-foot store and other site improvements at a project cost of about $2.2 million.
Site plans show six fueling stations with 16 pumps at 2835 Florida 16.
Raleigh, North Carolina-based Kimley-Horn is the civil engineer. Oscar W. Larson Co. of Davie is the contractor.
Hollywood-based Cornerstone Collard Augustine LLC owns the land, just south of a Publix that opened Jan. 15 and immediately west of St. Augustine Premium Outlets.
Other planned Elevation Pointe projects include drive-thru coffee chains Dutch Bros and 7 Brew, as well as Chase Bank.
Another Circle K is open at 2330 Florida 16 about 1.5 miles southeast of the proposed store, across Interstate 95.
Elevation Pointe is designed for 420 townhouses, 320 apartments, two hotels and 100,000 square feet of retail and office space.
