• Office space is being built out for former Jacksonville Jaguars owner Wayne Weaver in the EverBank Building at 501 Riverside Ave. Commercial Interiors of Jacksonville Inc. is the contractor for the project, on the ninth floor. Space in lawyer Paul Harden’s suite is being split to accommodate Weaver’s office, according to the contractor. The project cost for the 2,566-square-foot office for Weaver is $74,131, according to a City building permit issued Tuesday. Daren Hoffman, president of Commercial Interiors, said construction began this week and should be completed by the end of March.
