• The World Affairs Council of Jacksonville announced that Frank Trotter, president of EverBank Direct, and author Michael Mandelbaum will speak at March events. Trotter will speak at noon March 6 at The River Club about “Geopolitical Events & Sovereign Debt: Ideas to Cover the Risk.” Mandelbaum, the Christian A.
