• Attendees at the City’s recent annual Sunshine and Public Records Law training received a surprise welcome. Former University of Florida quarterback Tim Tebow sent a letter to thank the attendees for “working hard to keep Jacksonville a fantastic place to live and visit.” He was pleased to hear about current ethics legislation. “I have always loved the definition of ethics, ’The philosophy of morality.’ I really cannot think of anything more important for OUR City than leaders who have morality at their core,” stated Tebow, now a quarterback with the Denver Broncos.
